Farmers Insurance TCPA Telemarketing Settlement
The Farmers Insurance TCPA settlement closes today, July 24, 2026. If you received telemarketing calls or texts from Farmers Insurance (Todd Henderson Agency) without your consent, you may qualify for a cash payment of up to $425 from a $2.875 million fund.
Payout: Pro rata share of $2.875M fund, up to $425 per claimant
Fidelity Investments Data Breach Settlement
Fidelity agreed to a settlement after a data breach exposed customer personal information. Class members can claim ~$100 with no proof of purchase required, plus up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses. California residents get an additional $50 CCPA payment. Also includes 2 years of credit monitoring with $1M fraud insurance.

PowerSchool Naviance Student Privacy Settlement
A $17.25 million settlement covering students whose Naviance data was allegedly shared with third parties without consent. Claim amounts depend on total claim volume from the $17.25M fund.

Seven Motor Corporation Washington Job-Posting Settlement
Washington employees who applied for jobs at Seven Motor Corporation between specified dates and didn't see required wage/benefit disclosures in the posting may qualify for ~$2,172 from this settlement.
Estimated payout: ~$2,172 per claimant
Mitsubishi Outlander Hood Flutter Settlement
Mitsubishi Outlander owners whose vehicle hood may flutter or lift while driving can get a free replacement hood installed, or reimbursement up to $600 for past repairs.

QVAR / QVAR Redihaler Inhaler Antitrust Settlement
Teva Pharmaceuticals settled for $35 million over alleged price-fixing that inflated the cost of QVAR and QVAR Redihaler inhalers. Consumers and insurers who paid for these inhalers may qualify for a pro rata share.

AFFF/PFAS Public Water System Settlement (3M & DuPont) — Phase Two
Public water systems affected by PFAS contamination can file Phase Two claims against the $12.5 billion (3M) and $1.185 billion (DuPont) settlement funds. Formula-based allocation varies by system size and PFAS levels detected.
Payout: Formula-based from up to $13.685B in combined funds
Barefoot Dreams Website Tracking Privacy Settlement
Barefoot Dreams customers who made purchases on barefootdreams.com between October 14, 2023 and June 1, 2026 may qualify for a cash payment from a $1.9 million settlement fund over alleged website tracking disclosures.

Each settlement has a different claims process:
- No-action settlements (Seven Motor, Fidelity no-proof option): You get paid automatically if you’re a class member. No form needed.
- Claim-required settlements (Farmers TCPA, PowerSchool, QVAR, Barefoot Dreams, PFAS Phase 2): You must file a claim before the deadline. Missing it means getting nothing.
- Product settlements (Mitsubishi Outlander): File for reimbursement or schedule the free repair before the deadline.
