Background
The case is In re ApolloMD Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 1:25-cv-05439-SEG, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. The settlement creates a $4,020,000 fund administered by Kroll Settlement Administration. Class members may choose between: (A) reimbursement of up to $5,000 for reasonable documented losses from fraud/identity theft related to the data incident; or (B) an alternate cash payment estimated at $75.
