Eligibility
Individual end consumers who purchased an affected Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena mattress containing fiberglass fire-retardant material in the U.S. between October 1, 2017 and June 30, 2024.
Estimated Payout
Pro rata share of a $9 million voucher fund (one voucher per affected mattress purchased, redeemable at AshleyFurniture.com, NectarSleep.com, DreamCloudSleep.com, or SienaSleep.com); possible small cash component if awarded attorneys' fees are under $3 million.
