Background
The class action, Grubor, et al., v. Barefoot Dreams, Inc., alleged that Barefoot Dreams used website tracking technologies that disclosed customers' personally identifiable information to third parties without proper consent. Barefoot Dreams denies all allegations but agreed to a $1.9 million settlement fund to resolve the claims. Eligible class members who purchased products from barefootdreams.com between October 14, 2023 and June 1, 2026 can file a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment, estimated at approximately $8 per claimant. The final approval hearing is scheduled for August 17, 2026.
