A class action alleges Davison Design & Development sent marketing text messages to Washington residents' cellular numbers that had been disconnected and reassigned, without the recipients having signed up for those messages.

All Washington residents who did not sign up for the defendant's text messages but were texted by the defendant at a Washington-area-code cellular number after that number was last disconnected and reassigned. Signups and text messages must have occurred between November 15, 2021 and December 10, 2025, with reassignment determined using the Reassigned Number Database as last updated February 16, 2026.

Cash payment from a $30,000.00 settlement fund, distributed to class members who submit timely valid claims after court-approved attorneys' fees, costs and settlement administration expenses are deducted
