Background
A class action settlement has been reached in Tina Parsley Hughes, et al. v. Finastra Technology, Inc., Case No. CACE26013154, pending in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, over the October 2024 data incident in which a criminal third party gained access to files on Finastra's systems containing private information such as names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and financial account numbers.
