In re: Furniture Mart, USA, Inc., Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 4:25-cv-04018-RAL, is pending in the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota and resolves claims from a November 2024 data breach. Class members may claim up to $4,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses, up to $100 for up to four hours spent responding to the breach at $25.00 per hour, or a one-time $75 cash payment in place of any other cash option, and all class members are eligible for three years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring. The claim deadline is November 3, 2026 and the exclusion deadline is October 5, 2026. Class counsel will ask the court for $285,000 in fees and $2,500 service awards.
