A class action settlement has been reached in Lazar v. International Shoppes, LLC over a data breach in which class members' private information was compromised. International Shoppes denies wrongdoing and the Court has not decided who is right. The official settlement website states that all class members may claim credit monitoring services plus one of two payment options, and that class members may claim reimbursement of documented losses incurred between November 16, 2023 and November 11, 2026. Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked no later than November 11, 2026; the deadline to exclude yourself or object is October 12, 2026, and the Final Approval Hearing is set for November 16, 2026. Class Counsel will ask the Court to approve fees of up to $165,000.
