The suit, Cohen v. eSupplements, LLC (No. 2:23-cv-06387, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York), claims Nutricost marketed its magnesium glycinate capsules in a way that, according to plaintiffs, did not match the labeled amount and form of magnesium. eSupplements agreed to a non-reversionary settlement fund of $1,835,000 to resolve the case while denying any wrongdoing or liability. Class members can file online through JND Legal Administration for up to $19.95 per award unit, with the final per-claimant payout depending on total claims submitted. A final approval hearing is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2026.
