🔒 Russo v. OP Pharmacy (OnePoint Patient Care) Data Incident Settlement

A data incident in which unauthorized access to or acquisition of patients' private information, including names, addresses, facility locations, and medical information, occurred on or about August 8, 2024.

All living individuals residing in the United States whose private information may have been accessed or acquired in the August 2024 OnePoint Patient Care data incident, including those sent notice of the incident.

Up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses, or an estimated $100 alternative cash payment; also includes additional information security measures

A class action settlement has been reached in Christopher Russo v. OP Pharmacy, LLC a/k/a OnePoint Patient Care, LLC, Case No. 3:24-cv-00649-RGJ, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. The case concerns a data incident that took place on or about August 8, 2024, in which the private information of current and former patients, including names, addresses, facility locations, and medical information, may have been compromised. The settlement establishes a $2,115,000 fund from which class members may claim up to $3,500 for documented losses or an alternative cash payment estimated at $100. OnePoint is also required to implement additional information security measures. OnePoint denies any liability or wrongdoing.
