A cybersecurity incident suffered by OneTouchPoint Corp. in April 2022 allegedly resulted in the potential compromise of the private information of current and former patients or subscribers of OTP's clients and of OTP employees' private information.

Current and former patients or subscribers of OneTouchPoint's clients and OTP employees whose private information may have been impacted in the April 2022 data incident (Monetary Settlement Class Members for cash benefits).

One-time $75.00 payment in lieu of documented losses, or up to $500.00 for ordinary losses, up to $5,000.00 for extraordinary losses, and $25.00 per hour for up to four hours ($100.00 maximum) for time spent

A proposed class action settlement has been reached in Dusterhoft v. OneTouchPoint Corp. (Case No. 2025CV002181, Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin) over a cybersecurity incident OneTouchPoint suffered in April 2022 that allegedly resulted in the potential compromise of the private information of current and former patients or subscribers of OTP's clients, as well as OTP employees' private information. OTP denies each and all of the claims and contentions alleged against it, including all charges of wrongdoing or liability, but has agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs and risks of continuing the litigation. According to the official settlement website and its FAQ, monetary settlement class members who submit valid claims may receive a one-time $75.00 payment in lieu of claiming compensation for ordinary losses, extraordinary losses and time spent; alternatively they may claim up to $500.00 for ordinary losses, up to $5,000.00 for extraordinary losses, and $25.00 per hour for up to four hours ($100.00 maximum) for time spent responding to the incident. The deadline to submit a Claim Form is November 16, 2026 and the opt-out and objection deadlines are October 16, 2026.
