Background
Brewer, et al. v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and Criteo Corp., Case No. CACE-26-008094, Circuit Court for the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. The court-approved notice states that a settlement has been reached over the alleged disclosure of CVS digital-property user data to Criteo or other technology providers or third parties through embedded technology. The defendants deny any violation of law. Settlement Class Members may file a Claim Form online at the settlement website or by mail to the Settlement Administrator (CVS Digital Privacy Settlement, PO Box 1110, Costa Mesa, CA 92628) by November 16, 2026; the deadline to exclude yourself or object is November 1, 2026, and the Final Approval Hearing is set for December 1, 2026.
