The lawsuit alleges that between February 26, 2023 and March 7, 2023 there was potential unauthorized access to personally identifiable information and private health information on MCNA's computer systems (negligence and breach of implied contract, among other claims). The Defendants deny all allegations and any wrongdoing.

All living individuals who were sent a notice of the Data Incident stating that their Private Information was potentially impacted as a result of the Data Incident (February 26, 2023 - March 7, 2023).

A settlement has been reached with MCNA, MCNAIC and Healthplex in a class action over a data incident between February 26 and March 7, 2023 that potentially exposed personally identifiable information and private health information on MCNA's systems. Settlement Class Members automatically receive two years of Medical Data Monitoring without filing a claim; cash payments for documented out-of-pocket losses require a valid, timely Claim Form. A Federal court authorized this Settlement Website. The Defendants deny all allegations and any wrongdoing.
