Individuals whose personal information was potentially impacted in the April 2024 Safe Fleet data incident and who received notice. The data involved names combined with one or more of: addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's licence or state ID numbers, other government ID numbers, passport numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, financial account information, payment card information, account usernames/emails and passwords, health insurance information, and medical information.
