Individuals who lived at The Reserve at LaVista Walk apartments, 1155 LaVista Road, Atlanta, Georgia, as of the November 10, 2023 fire. Insurers that paid property-insurance proceeds to a resident and hold subrogation or assignment rights may also submit claims.
